- 1 16 oz. box bran muffin mix
- 1 6 oz. jar Quince & Apple Pear with Honey and Ginger preserves
- 1/2 c chopped walnuts or hazelnuts (optional)
Prepare the muffin mix according to box instructions and stir in Pear with Honey and Ginger preserves. Toast walnuts or hazelnuts in a 350 degree oven for 7 to 10 minutes, or until aromatic, and add to muffin batter. Portion batter into muffin tins and bake according to instructions. Enjoy warm out of the oven with a pat of butter or save some for later!
