New in New York!

Lucy's Whey

For the month of November it’s all about New York! We’ve been selling on the East Coast for a few months, and have already found three great shops that are a perfect fit for our preserves.

We started at Lucy’s Whey, a beautiful little fromagerie that sells limited-supply cheeses shipped directly from the producer. We’re in their Chelsea Market store right in the heart of Manhattan. They stock our regular size, of course, and also our line of cute mini-jars.

Stinky Bklyn

Recently we took a second trip out, and have added two new stores that we’re thrilled about! Stinky Bklyn is full of awesome cheese geeks. They’ve got a big counter of slice-to-order cured meats and all sorts of awesome products.

Choice Greene

Choice Greene is a gorgeous gourmet grocery store.  Look at the bulk pasta in the front of this photo – how delicious does that look?! Overall, we can’t wait to get back out there and get to know the city more. From Madison, Wisconsin to NYC – it’s all fun.
