Batch Code Explainer

Quince & Apple Products: 

Month is represented with 2 numbers with 01 meaning January and 12 meaning December. .

Day is represented with 2 numbers with 01 meaning the 1st of the month and 25 meaning the 25th of the month.

Year is represented with 2 numbers corresponding to the last two digits of the year. The year that is represented is the year two years from the current year that the batch is being made. 

 

Forward Provisions products:

All Forward Provisions items have a lot code on the jar-but the Expiration dates of the items in on the outside master case.  Product must be marked with a date once the box is opened.
