Tart Cherry Sparkle
- 1 1/2 oz. gin
- 1 1/2 oz. Quince & Apple Tart Cherry and White Tea preserves
- 1/2 oz. fresh squeezed lime juice
- Soda water
Directions:
Combine gin, preserves and lime juice in a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into a glass with ice and top with soda water. Garnish with cherries and lime peel.
