Tart Cherry & White Tea Glazed Chicken

Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)
- ½ cup Quince and Apple Tart Cherry & White Tea Conserve
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- Fresh thyme or parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- In a small bowl, whisk together Tart Cherry & White Tea Conserve, olive oil, Dijon mustard, balsamic vinegar, and garlic.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper and place in a baking dish.
- Brush generously with the cherry glaze.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, brushing with more glaze halfway through.
- Cook until chicken reaches 165°F and is lightly caramelized.
- Garnish with fresh herbs and serve warm.
