Tart Cherry & White Tea Glazed Chicken

A sweet-tart and lightly floral glaze that turns simple chicken into an elegant, spring-ready dish. Perfect for weeknight dinners or entertaining guests.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)
  • ½ cup Quince and Apple Tart Cherry & White Tea Conserve
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Fresh thyme or parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together Tart Cherry & White Tea Conserve, olive oil, Dijon mustard, balsamic vinegar, and garlic.
  3. Season chicken with salt and pepper and place in a baking dish.
  4. Brush generously with the cherry glaze.
  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes, brushing with more glaze halfway through.
  6. Cook until chicken reaches 165°F and is lightly caramelized.
  7. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve warm.
