American Cheese Society 2013 in Madison!

Just this past week the American Cheese Society was in town for their 30th Anniversary conference. We couldn’t have been more lucky that it was right here in Madison and this is the first year that Quince & Apple attended. The conference includes many events that bring together cheese mongers, buyers, media, and all-things-cheese related. The team went to a pig roast, a pub crawl, and a variety of other events that led up to the grand Festival of Cheese, which is the biggest cheese and cheese pairing tasting event of the year. There were over 1,700 cheeses entered into the American Cheese Society’s cheese competition and they were all available to try at the festival.
