Cheese board with Raspberry Rose
Bright and fruity on the front end, but finishing with a delicate rose aroma on the nose, Raspberry Rose has notes of cherry, fruit punch and lime. Many rose products on the market can be overpoweringly floral, making them hard to pair. We solve this problem by making our own more subtle rose water fresh for each batch and blending it into the pot right before filling, so it retains it brightness. The result is a preserve that is light and fruity enough to pair with fresh cheeses, but tart and floral enough to bring out interesting notes in aged Alpine style cheeses.
