1/2 gallon fresh apple cider (preferably unpasteurized)
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 6 oz. jar Quince & Apple Apples and Cranberry preserves
8 dashes Angostura bitters
1 cup rum
2 cinnamon sticks
1 t whole allspice
1/2 t whole cloves
Directions:
Combine all ingredients, except the rum, in a stockpot and bring to a boil. Simmer for 30 minutes. Add rum and simmer for 10 minutes more. Strain into a punch bowl or ladle into cups!
