- 1/2 medium-sized peach
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 oz. Quince & Apple Rhubarb Hops syrup
- 1/2 oz. lemon juice
- 2 oz. white whiskey or moonshine
- 2 dashes orange bitters
Cut peach into small pieces and muddle in the bottom of a shaker with sugar. Add the other ingredients with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a glass, either straight up or over ice. Garnish with orange peel.
