Quince & Apple has been very busy this year. We released our brand new line of cocktail syrups, built a strong team of Q&A leaders to take on new challenges, redesigned our gift box collection, and collaborated with restaurants like Bar Pastoral and Kopp’s Frozen Custard to make custom flavors for their menus. And even after all of that, the busy holiday season has just begun!
This time of year may bring some snowy weather but it’s filled with high spirits and the anticipation of heaping cheese platters and turkey dinners. And we love being part of your holiday celebrations! 🙂 This fall we are very excited to bring back Apples and Cranberry, our holiday seasonal. It’s a fresh, tart preserve decorated with notes of ginger, orange zest, and bay leaf. This flavor is a perfect accompaniment to Thanksgiving dinner and pairs well with a three-year aged cheddar or earthy Chèvre.
Here at Quince & Apple we love having the opportunity to bring you the best artisan food. Our gift boxes allow us to combine assortments of not only our own products but treats from Wisconsin artisans that we love. This year we’ve added new gift boxes to our collection and revamped our previous ones.
Every item in our boxes is made by one of our favorite Wisconsin food artisans: award-winning Marieke Gouda, cured meats from Underground Meats, artisan crackers from Potter’s, chocolates from Gail Ambrosius, honey from Wisconsin Natural Acres and spiced pecans from Treat Bake Shop. Oh, and preserves and syrups from us, of course!
