Our preserves are the perfect pairing to Wisconsin's best artisanal cheese. Fig complements Gouda, Chevre, or a mellow bleu, Marmalade counterpoints a sharp Asiago, and Pear is luscious with a triple-creme Brie. Shallot is a natural with meats, veggies and Malbecs.
