A firework of sour rhubarb and bitter hops, distinctive in clear spirits or stirred into sparkling wine.

250 ml bottles contain 8 to 9 pours. The syrups are shelf-stable, so they’ll last indefinitely unopened, and 6-8 weeks or longer once opened if refrigerated.

    Peach Lightning

    Ingredients

    1/2 medium sized peach
    1 tsp sugar
    1 oz Rhubarb Hops
    1/2 oz lemon juice
    2 oz white whiskey
    2 dashes orange bitters

    Directions

    Cut peach into small pieces and muddle in the bottom of a shaker with sugar. Add the other ingredients with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a glass, either straight up or over ice. Garnish with orange peel.

    Rhubarb Grapefruit Soda

    Ingredients

    3 oz pink grapefruit juice
    1 oz Rhubarb Hops syrup
    1 oz vodka or tequila (optional)

    Directions

    Stir ingredients together in a glass. Add ice, fill with club soda and stir to combine.

  • Rhubarb Tonic

    Rhubarb Tonic

    Ingredients

    1.5 oz gin
    1/2 oz lime juice
    1 oz Rhubarb Hops syrup

    Directions

    Add all ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake and strain into glass with ice and top with tonic water. Garnish with lime peel.

    Ingredients

    1 oz Quince & Apple Rhubarb Hops syrup, 2 dashes orange bitters, 8 oz Furthermore Beer Fallen Apple ale

    Directions

    Combine Rhubarb Hops syrup and orange bitters in the bottom of a chilled beer glass. Add Fallen Apple ale and stir to combine.
