Our preserves are the perfect pairing to Wisconsin’s best artisanal cheese. Fig complements Gouda, Chevre, or a mellow bleu, Marmalade counterpoints a sharp Asiago, and Pear is luscious with a triple-creme Brie. Shallot is a natural with meats, veggies and Malbecs. Once a season (every 3 months), we will ship you a box with all the ingredients needed to make a delicious craft cocktail at home, along with a recipe card and a handy instructional video.
Our March concoction was Hibiscus Lemonade! This tart and floral cocktail is so easy to make and will get you excited for springtime. We provide a bottle of our Citrus syrup, a sachet of hibiscus tea, a lemon, sugar cubes, a handy citrus reamer, and the cutest straws to dress up your glass. All you’ll need is hot water to steep the tea and your choice of spirit – we’ll suggest our favorite in the recipe. For additional flavor, garnish with a few mint leaves.
Details: Boxes ship on the 15th of each month (or the next weekday). You can sign up for an ongoing subscription and cancel anytime, or buy a specific number up front.
How the Ongoing Subscription Works: Sign up and we’ll send you a box each season. Your subscription will be managed in Google Wallet, which automatically sends us an order once a quarter. You can cancel anytime by signing in to Google. But, as long as your subscription is active, you keep getting awesome cocktail kits in the mail every season. Pretty sweet, huh?
We will take new orders and cancellations through the 14th of the months we ship (September, December, March and June). If you need to make any changes to your subscription, just email hidden; JavaScript is required. We can’t wait to send you a fun box each season!
Buying More than One: You can also buy a specific number of boxes as a gift! We’ll send out a box each time the subscription goes out. So, if you buy four now, we’ll send out the next four seasonal cocktail boxes.
Pickups: We now offer the option to pick up your box! Stop by Quince and Apple from 4-6 pm the day we ship or any weekday following. (March box ships Friday, 3/15.) If you sign up for the pick up, make sure you can drop by during this time period. If you cannot pick the box up within a few business days after the ship date, please email us at info@quinceandapple.com so we can take care of any perishables in the box.
