250 ml bottles contain 8 to 9 pours. The syrups are shelf-stable, so they’ll last indefinitely unopened, and 6-8 weeks or longer once opened if refrigerated.

    Ingredients
    • 2 oz. Gin
    • 1 oz. Quince & Apple Citrus syrup
    • 1 oz. fresh Lime Juice
    • 1 sprig of Mint
    Directions

    Add gin, syrup, lime juice and mint to a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a martini glass.

    Sparkling Citrus

    Ingredients
    • 1 oz Quince & Apple Citrus syrup
    • 1/2 oz Cointreau
    • 5 oz Sparkling Wine
    Directions

    Mix Citrus syrup and Cointreau in the bottom of a Champagne flute. Fill slowly with sparking wine, stir gently to combine and enjoy!

    Ingredients
    • 1 oz Quince & Apple Citrus syrup
    • 1 oz Vodka
    • 2 dashes Orange Bitters
    • 2 oz Club Soda
    Directions

    Mix syrup, vodka and bitters in a glass with ice. Add club soda, stir and garnish with an orange twist.

  • Tropical Paradise

    Ingredients
    • 2 oz. White Rum
    • 1 oz. Quince & Apple Citrus syrup
    • 1 oz. Pineapple Juice
    • 1/2 oz. Triple Sec
    Directions

    Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 15 seconds. Strain into a glass with crushed ice and garnish with a pineapple wedge and a cherry.
