Floral, herbal and tart, this is a bold, layered citrus syrup. Shines with tequila and sparkles with vodka and gin.
250 ml bottles contain 8 to 9 pours. The syrups are shelf-stable, so they’ll last indefinitely unopened, and 6-8 weeks or longer once opened if refrigerated.
The Citrus Fizz
Ingredients
1 oz Citrus syrup, 1 oz vodka, 2 dashes orange bitters, 2 oz club soda
Directions
Mix syrup, vodka and bitters in a glass with ice. Add club soda, stir and garnish with an orange twist.
