1 croissant
4 oz sliced ham
2 oz brie cheese, cut into slices
1 T whole grain mustard
2 T Apricot Almond Preserves
1 small handful arugula (or other salad mix)
Slice the croissant in half lengthwise and spread mustard on
the bottom half and Apricot Almond preserves on the top. Pile
the ham, the brie and then the arugula on the bottom half. Top
with the other half and enjoy!
Tip: Melt the brie onto the ham by putting the bottom half of
the sandwich, without the aruglua, in the broiler for 1 minunte.
