We make small-batch boutique preserves, carefully handcrafting each batch for your eating pleasure. And when we say handcrafted, we mean that Matt and Clare are actually in the kitchen making them until all hours of the night! This hands-on approach means we can use a variety of the highest quality fresh produce, sourcing locally, seasonally and organically whenever we can. Our newest flavor, Pear with Honey and Ginger, uses heirloom, organic/pesticide-free apples from Wisconsin orchards, along with lush Wisconsin honey.
